You'll be encouraged to bask in the warmth of joy and happiness as you melt and surrender into each yin pose, taking everything at your own pace. The session will close with a long guided relaxation ensuring you feel rested and rejuvenated.

Five Elements Series - September Yin Yoga Special - Earth Element

In our third installment in the Five Elements Series, we'll be focusing on the Earth Element, which is all about nourishment - of body, mind and spirit. The Earth Element governs digestion and how we nourish ourselves from what we consume, not just in relation to the food we eat but how we consume information and digest our thoughts. The Earth Element is associated with late summer and the transition in seasons, so early September is the perfect time for this practice. We'll honour this element through a grounding practice, helping to care for ourselves in body, mind and spirit, combatting worries and anxieties and of course plenty of time to rest and rest.
